8 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1quart milk
Over Medium heat stir all ingredient until thick making sure their are no lumps. I use a whisk so I'm sure of no lumps.
Cream can be used in : torte's, cream puffs, Italian cheese cake, eclairs
